Default Proper Compression?

Hey everybody,
I am going to check compression on my 2000 FRC this weekend, just wondering what it should be registering? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

SO you buy the gauge, stick it where the spark plug goes and try to start the engine (which it won't start becuase no spark plugs) How do you get the TB open?

I usually just stick something like a plastic screwdriver handle in it. Anything that will hold it open and not scratch it.

Main thing in compression test is to see if all cylinders are close to being the same. At least, that's what we checked for over the last 40+ years. Also, you don't want it to be, like 30 or so #'s. Should be I'd say 110# + depending on the mileage.
Tune in if I'm wrong guys!

no more than 10 or so lbs difference between cylinders.
