I'm having a LG street longtube system installed, along with Mild Comp Street Cam, springs, P.Rods, Hall Tech CAI, B&B Dual Exhaust, Z-06 wires & new plugs.
Should I add a better TB and MAF ????.... no plans to add a intake at this point.
I would keep your stock MAF, swap your LS1 intake manifold for a LS6 (since you have a 2000), and have Mark Shaner Port & Polish your TB. You can find a great deal on a LS6 manifold on the forums.

It is good advice ,but if i was in your shoes,i would look into swapping out the maf for a 6.0 ltr truck maf ,its a 5 pin maf ,where yours is a 3 pin, yours is a 75 mm ,the newer ones are an 85mm mass air meter,U can buy the conversion to matching up the 3 pin to 5 pin @ casper electronics ,i bought my 6.0 ltr truck maf Brand new for 160.00 ,& all i did was take the screen out, also the 3 to 5 pin conversion may run about 30.00 ,i wanted bigger because i went FI & wanted the biggest i could get ,i could have gone crazy with it ,100mm ,but for the 346 the 85mm is fine
