Default Torque Tube Question. MN6 rattle/bend

I`ve been fighting the annoying can of marbles/rattle thing with my clutch area its been going on for about 6 months. I`ve finally came around to get serious, put my doubts away and go after it as seems be called normal on some forums with aftermarket clutches.
The only thing I have found so far is some questions about my torque tube. I have the tube on jackstands with transmission off. When I spin the shaft I have an ever so slight wobble in it torwards the front. I`ve been trying to mount a caliper next to it and spin to see how what kind of wobble I`m looking at. Its been difficult to get something accurate the best I have come up with is starting at .588 and travel bringing the caliper to .590 this is from the point thats going into the pilot bearing. How serious is this problem? I understand with a bearing on each side of shaft should have flat spin in front. Should I just hunt a new torque tube down is there any kind of tolerance? I`m looking at the pilot bearing inside the crank and it looks good i cant see any kind of a flatspot on it. Thats the best I can say about it because its probably gonna get distorted coming out. Thanks

Since you're in the local area I would call ECS and see who they use to fix their torque tubes.

RPM just came out with a rebuild kit for like $375. Maybe they know someone you can ship to for repairs.

If you have manuals the specs for the torque tube are on 4-64 / 4-65.

They only give the specs with shaft out of the tube (.118") runout. Snubber runout (.79").

There is 1 roller bearing supporting the front of the shaft. Right behind it is a rubber coupling. So, I would imagine that there would be runout and the front of the shaft going into the pilot bearing would take care of it.

Pull the shaft out of the tube and check the bearings and bushings. I just pulled mine and the front bearing is dry and needs to be replaced.

I am on my second torque tube now - it seems I am taking out the pilot bushing and the TT where the bearing fits on the snout. The bushings are new - any ideas?
