Funny thing, both windshield wipers are leaking fluid from their hoses. Anyone know why? If it was one wiper, it would make sense as far as a faulty hose is concerned; but both?
Recently, I changed the washer container cap only. Other than that, haven't touched the system.
Only thing I can think of, is if the car sat outside, and the wiper fluid system only had water in it. The hoses could have frozen and cracked in that condition.
You did not say exactly where the fluid was running out of the tubing; if the fluid is coming out of the end of the tubing it probably was over filled. It is normal to leak some fluid out when accelerating or turning hard.

Thanks guys, and happy New Year.
You didnt say but if you installed an aftermarket cap it may not be vented like the factory one, The factory ones fit so loose that they vent around the cap, I have been thru this, with no vent they build pressure and run the fluid onto your cowling. all I did was drill a small hole in the neck of the tank for a vent and have had no issues since...

I will try this first. I DID find it funny that the leaking began soon after the new cap was on.
As for the leak, it is coming from the end of the tubing ("closest to the end of the wiper" end) from both wipers. At first, I noticed it from the driver side only, but now it's from both sides.
