bo-fra U1064?
I gather this code is some lack of computer communication.
Is this a big deal?
I can clear the code, remove the key, hit the unlock button on the remote, and the code will be set.
it comes back every time, any idea why?

I wouldn't worry about it unless your seeing that something isn't working, there are codes that will always be present especially in the door control modules.
BTW - RFA stands for remote function (I think) antenna, it is for your tire pressure monitor if installed and your key fobs, it's mounted on the drivers side behind the B-pillar and up under the ledge, if you know where the actuator for your gas door is then it is right in front of that.
I dont believe the Z06 has tire pressure monitors on it.
I see it listed as loss of com with the BCM.
I am tracking down a few minor issues with some codes... (O2 sensors, and active handeling) and I keep seeing this 1064 comming up every time I am in there.

The U1064 code indicates that the RFA and BCM had a communication "glitch", and as runamuk says, these are normal so long as your key fobs are working OK. The RFA is a radio receiver that gets the signals from the fobs and the TPMS (if installed - they don't come with the Z06 but can be added later as the functionality is all built into the car and just needs to be "turned on" with a Tech2 and the installation of the sensors).
There is a lot of data on the communication bus and it is common for the computers to have problems, which causes Uxxxx codes to be thrown. The Service Manual explicitly states there are no diagnostics for these codes, they are only meaningful if a particular function on the car ceases to work. If everything is working, the Manual states to clear the codes and ignore them if they re-occur.
