P1571 & C1277 Need Help

Default P1571 & C1277 Need Help
My 01 is displaying servive traction system and service active handling with a pcm p1571 and tcs c1277. I have cleaned all underhood gnds. used star washers under the gnds, have a new red top and now I'm not sure what else to check, so I'm hoping one of you out there can help me out with some ideas as to what to look at next

I am getting this in my 97, it is in the shop now - and they can not figure it out
