instrument lights dont work

instrument lights dont work
when light sentinal is on the instument panel lights&tail lights work fine but when i turn the sentinal lights off and i manually turn on lights i have no no instument lights or tail lights what do you think.

First thought is a bad headlamp switch. The BCM commands the brightness on the interior backlights/instrument lights based upon two things 1; Daytime, the brightness is controlled from the small light sensor on the DIC Controller. At night when either sentinel turns on the lights or when the headlamp switch is turned on, the BCM gets the brightness information from the dimmer. Since you have lights when the sentinel is on, the dimmer is probably good, therefore the headlamp switch would be my guess.
