Hey guys, I am currently running with a speed density tune on my TT. It is a 2001 so the IAT is incorporated in the MAF. My question is this. I want to eliminate the MAF all together. What are the part numbers that I need for a new IAT and plug?
Does anyone have a good write up on this? I searched the threads but nothing seems clear cut, just different ideas. I am looking for a more clear cut solution. Is there a kit for this to buy?
Will there be any benefit to removing the MAF and just running the IAT...i.e. less air interference without the MAF? The seperate IAT looks fairly large. How much of that actually sticks down into the intake pipe? Does this cause air flow issues?
