Clear all of the codes. The only one of concern is the fact that you pulled a code for running rich. Check your MAF for starters and vacuum leaks (which typically lead to lean conditions but never hurts to check). The other codes are no big deal, just delete them.

yes, It means you are currently not pulling the code. Delete them and wait to see if they come back... If they do, then you may have a fix on your hands. Then again, rich is not bad. Lean would be a definite thing to fix.
