Optima Red Top or Yellow Top?
What is the difference between these two batteries? TIA

Yellow Top. There is no use for the Red Top's only advantage, cold cranking amps, in most cars, including ours.

Yellow top if your car sits in storage for several days between drives.

I think the yellow top is considered a deep-cycle battery.

From what I read (in case you didn't notice the updated sig) I think the Yellow Top was the right choice. So I just ordered one from LAPD thanks guys.
