I am putting in a yank 3200 converter and 3.42 gears. It looks like I will need an trans cooler. I have seen them for sale for about $60. How do you install them and what other parts do you have to buy ( hose, fittings ect...) Where can I get these parts or do they come with the cooler? Thanks
Im doing the same thing in spring, someone need to post up a part number of the best one to use. I see that B&M sells different sizes, it would be nice to know which one fits best. I installed on on my T/A and it was tight to say the least.
Summit sells B&M's 24,000 for a good price and it has about twice the parts you will need for the install. I have it on my tranny with a Yank 3500 and other mods(see sig) and have never had an over heating problem.

That seems to be the bigger cooler, any fitment trouble?

DO NOT use th hose that comes with them, get ss lines.
Fine on my car until I upgraded to a built tranny and aftermarket converter, then the rubber hoses started blowing out. Eventually all had to be replaced with ss, I know all to well the color/consistency/smell of ATF fluid and logged quite a few AAA tow miles.
