Questions about head/cam?
ok i am looking at this head and cam package
GM LS6 CNC Ported 59cc Heads,
225/229 .580"/.590" 114 lsa Cam & Roller Rocker Arm Kit
my question is what kind of hp will this make with lt's, fast 90, ls2 90mm tb, and a tune?

Too many variables to state a number. But I'd guess somewhere between 400 and 450 rwhp.
Watch your compression...59cc chambers with that small (overlap) of a cam, and 91 CA octane might not fare too well.

Questions about head/cam?
Will you have any concerns about passing a smog test? If so, it would appear that the cam duration is beyond typical limits (224 or less) even with a tune. Just my opinion...
