Default Dyno #'s ??

Just wondering if these numbers are what everyone is getting? Supporting mods are TSP Longtubes w/ Off-road X, B&B catback, Halltech intake, Stock Tune, MSD wires. The car made 360rwhp/350tq and its a 04 Z06. Car is getting alot of work done but thats the mods I brought it into the shop with.

You need a tune - badly. You're about 20-30rwhp short with the stock tune.

I have seen Dyno#s all over the scale on this Forum.. Most people think a dyno is like getting on a scale to weigh yourself.. Far Far from it. Different makes/manufactures make COMPLETELY different numbers. What calibrations were used? SAE corrected,SAE uncorrected, something else perhaps? Was it a DYNOjet 248, A mustang Dyno or something else? Not trying bash your post at all.. My point is that without all the above information plus the fact that dyno #s can vary a bit, even with the same make/maufactures and the same settings,, hey who really knows if those are great numbers or not?? Actually there is no one on this Forum that can tell you if those are really killer numbers or maybe on the low side depending on all the above.. Kinda like going to a doctor and saying you don't feel good... whats wrong with me? and expecting an answer without you going into detail about whats ailing you and the doc running tests.. Back to your question.. I've seen Z06 cars range from 340-390 with your mods.. 360hp on a Mustang dyno would be good. On a dyno jet... not to good at all.. but then thats me assuming, yes assuming that the DYno Jet has SAE corrected #s.. You probably need a good dyno tune with the headers installed and you may pick up another 20rwhp.. As far as the wires and catbacks, they give no performance or horsepower increase over the factory wires and catbacks. The Hallteck is good for 5-10 horsepower

Well the car is getting a cam install with a bunch of other goodies. I just wanted to see what it gained from just the little mods I did. I will have final dyno number after everthing is installed and tuned.

There's going to be a bunch of variables on this. The cam spec's and dyno are going to be the largest influences on a package. We've had C5 Z06's with full exhaust and cams make anywhere from 405rwhp to 441rwhp on our Mustang dyno with stock heads and intake manifolds.

Well the problem with the low dyno numbers are resolved. The O2's were install incorrectly when the headers where install. (My Fault) So retrying dyno and will have numbers soon.

Well car made 428hp/408tq great numbers for cam only I think. Also they installed a smaller cam. It was a 236/238. Also thats without the FAST installed.

The only true way to know is to do a baseline. Well worth the $40 in my opinion. At least you have a baseline for your current setup. I'm with TM-96CE though; you need a tune. I would suspect you'd pick up 20 more whp from a tune, so when you throw on that cam and have it tuned, expect to see a big jump; somewhere around 40-50whp with a modest sized cam.
