Default bleed clutch

what is the best way to bleed the clutch master cylinder and slave?

From what I have read, bleeding the clutch master and slave on a C5 is a royal PIA. Accessing the bleeder is the problem and to get to it you must drop a portion of center exhuast. Your best bet is to use the Ranger method of changing clutch fluid. If you ever have a new clutch installed, get a remote bleeder installed at the same time to make the process easier in the future. Before you go to all that trouble go to Harbor Freight or the like and get a Mityvac. It is much easier and works great.
