Matt,
Do you have any pics of the bar in a convertible? I went to the Arizona Speed and Marine website but I could only find one small picture of a bar in a coupe.

Mike, unfortunately I do not have any pics. I know Jetskifast has this bar in his convertible and it looks pretty awesome. I have seen him post pics in the past of them. Perhaps do a search or email him and im sure he would send them to you.
I know the chrome is some extra bucks but it would go nice with that sweet **** interior you got goin there.

Road Warrior
AS&M harness bar has worked out great for me. Install is simple, plus you have full movement of seats. Factory belts are still retained.Harness bar kit came with sub belt mount plus all the hardware to to install 5 point belts. When Simpson belts are not in use, you can put them behind the seat.

Check out the "Cross-bar" for C5 Convertibles on our web site. We have the only bar on the market that comes with a camera mount. This bar is rock solid just like our coupe bars. If you have any questions, give me a call.
I looked at the pics on your website. Is the camera mount portion removeable? If so, does it use a bolt or pins to secure it? I cant tell from the pics.

It is removeable. The loop that goes around the waterfall is held in place with two bolts that are tightened with a wrench. We use bolts to hold it in place to keep it solid.

84c4, do your bars restrict ANY movement of the seat in either the convertible or the coupe/hardtop?
Most of the bars except the Brey Krause I have seen restrict seat movement which makes a large guy like myself unable to fit in the car with the bar installed.

Matt,
None of our Cross-bar designs restrict seat movement in anyway. There are no modifications done to the car for installation, no plastic trimed, no carpeted areas clamped onto. You can remove the bar and there will be no signs that it had ever been there.

Hi....I purchased the R&D Cross Bar. It is great. No seat restriction..easy to install (especially with two people). Your decision to buy this one would be A.O.K.
