Anybody have a write up? I have searched this and other forums and cannot find it anywhere. This request is for the actual shaft replacement not the diff removal. TIA

If you are only replacing the differential side seal and not replacing the shaft itself, skip the first two instructions and start with “remove caliper”.
Loosen the outer nut, apply a quality penetrate such as PB Blaster to the shaft spines.
Tap the shaft to insure that it is loose from the outer hub. (Use wood or a brass driver – don’t hit it with a hammer directly)
Remove the caliper (keep hydraulic lines closed) Hang the caliper with an old coat hanger so as to not stress the brake line.
Remove shock from its upper mount.
Remove the two upper inner A-frame mounts from the frame.
Shaft pulls out from the differential with a FIRM tug (or two) once it has room to move.
I will try to locate a pictorial write-up later. Must get back to work now.
