Never Buy From.....
autopartswarehouse.com
partstrain.com
They will tell you the material is in stock just to get your money. Back order it and never tell you. I was waiting two weeks for my headers each one intially told me they were in stock. When I called to get tracking they said they are shipping that day, I call two days later the order is not in stock. I end up cancelling and then the same thing happens with the other site. They are affiliated with each other. Buyers beware !
oh my god! i thought i was the only one. they sent me a v-belt pulley when their website said serpentine. so i paid to send it back (never got my money) just for them to send me the same part. the guy i talked with on the phone could barely speak english! WOW!
Sucks to hear! I have ordered from autopartswarehouse twice before for parts for a Honda and parts for a Cavalier. Both times I didn't have a problem, but I may reconsider them in the future.
OTOH, I've had very good luck with Parts Train last year on several orders. Very fast shipment. Maybe it's a lottery system - or luck of the draw. I'd order from them again.
I had jeep leaf springs on order directly from crown the manufacturer they were on back order for weeks and weeks I called autopartswarehouse they shipped the next day and cheaper price by a few $ and free shipping.. I did ask the sales guy to please verify the in stock statement he checked 2x's yea I know he put me on hold smoked a cig then came back to me with what I wanted to hear...... but I got them in 3 days.
