Also something I forgot...about 5 miles after I first installed the exhaust, the DIC came on with a "Service Active Handling" message and the little Corvette Icon came on the dash...I couldn't reset while driving. My guess is that the exhaust dropped and maybe contacted the suspension somewhere...After a few miles, I came home and parked for an hour and after I started, no more messages and the DIC was reset.
Anyone hear of this?????

I doubt the exhaust had anything to do with it, but you never know. I once did have the same problem happen to me. The cause was the traction control was failing self test and since it is part of the active handling program, it caused an active handling service message to appear. What I did was turn off my traction control the next time I started it and later turn it back on. Once I did this, I never had a problem since. This was over 6 months ago...
Welcome George. Hope everythings works out ok with the Corsas. I can completely sympathize with you when a mod doesn't live up to expectations. Be sure to post your final results.
I drove it today and had yet another small "shift"...I located a custom shop in High Bridge and will most likely get them tack welded. Thanks all for the great input and allowing me to vent. Thanks too for the warm welcome.
I will post pics and let y'all know how it went...GeorgeC
