I had the 3.15's in my wife's A4 switched to a 4.10 built diff. I had the diff from her car rebuilt to 4.10's and put in my MN6. I kept the 3.42 stock diff from my MN6 and plan to have it swapped into my A4 to replace the 3.15s. You should be okay if you're buying a complete diff for a swap. Buy from someone that has a reputation to protect though as not everybody can rebuild these successfully.
