Default Heads up display Problem

Went to drive my '01 Vette and the heads up display stopped showing the speed and gas bars while I was driving and now ever sense. Has the tach showing but that's it. Not sure what could be wrong. Any ideas? Still moves up and down and tried pushing the button that shows different stuff. Seems to be one of those quirky electrical things that my vette is plagued with sometimes. Thanks for your input.

That sounds pretty messed up. I don't know what to tell you other then to check your grounds and clean 'em up. Look at Bill Curlee's Important Electrical Information sticky and read through that. Just cleaning those fixes most everyone's electrical problems. I was just having a bunch of electrical issues and that cured what was aillin' me!

Good Luck!

That is what the "Page" button is for. You can shut off most of the functions or turn them all on.

It is clearly identified in the owners manual! If you don't have one, Bill Curley gives them away free.

There are five HUD selections that you can choose to
view in the HUD display. By pressing and holding the
PAGE button, you can scroll through these pages in the
following order:
 Speed Only
 Speed and Gage
 Speed, Tachometer and Gage
 Speed and Tachometer
 Tachometer Only
When you have chosen the desired HUD display, release
the PAGE button.
Gages can be scrolled through by tapping the PAGE
button (only when a gage is displayed). The gages
shown are:
 Oil Pressure
 Coolant Temperature
 Fuel Level
The selections that you choose will remain in the HUD
display until they are changed.

I tried this....I know what the page button does and it's not working. Thus the beginning of my problem and why I suspect electrical issues. I only wish it were that easy.
