Should be good for 25-30hp after another tune.

You might be better off with 1 3/4" primaries instead.

Just my 2 cents though....

your on the right path, you'll notice the sound is much cleaner; for another 60-70rwhp add the cam

My thoughts as well. 1 7/8 primarys are going to be pretty big for a stock engine.

imho, I don't think the 1/8" is going to have a big effect on power, It might take a few away at one pt and and add it at another, probably not more than 2-3rwhp

I re-read the post and I'm afraid I owe the OP an appoligy!!!! It seems you already got the Headers and this discussion about primary size is pretty darn mute!

Sorry big guy!

ARH are a great header. . . I'm running a ARH system on my 1999 C5 with a modified LS6 engine under the hood. This is just my 2 cents here, but if you're gonna run your Vette on the street you'll probable be looking for mostly bottom and mid-range power. I would go with the 1 3/4 inch primarie pipes and not the 1 7/8". The 1 7/8" are good for top end turns. . . . . just a thought Bro. Make sure you get a good tune on your engine after your install to get max power out of the headers. Good luck !
