headlight adjusters
I was able to fix the headlight adjusters on the C5 I just bought. when I tried to adjust them I found the lower adjuster was broken off. Went to Chevy and was told $650 per side good guy price. I took mine apart and found it was bound up in the plastic bushing on the end. popped it out of the bushing and applied moly lube grease and popped it back in. Then I took two nuts and double nuted the back of the screw and made sure the adjuster would move. reinstalled headlight except fot the top cover and bezel. with the headlight down you are abel to turn the headlight adjuster with a 11mm socket and 1/4 inch ratchet. It takes a little longer to get them adjusted because you have to keep turning the head lights on and off to check adjustment. But it sure beat the hell out spending the big bucks
