This is an O2 sensor code, insufficient switching (lazy sensor) I believe. Have you had headers installed recently. P1153 and P1154 are apparently common after header install due to the sensors being located further aft tha the original position. I had P1153 myself after my header install. I had it turned offby the tuner as it din't seem to affect performance at all.

My research indicates that this is a front sensor. The code seems to occur when I do some WOT in cold weather. If you do a search on P1153 or P1154 alot of info pops up. In my case, the code popped up several months after the header install and threw a check engine light, (CEL). I'm guessin nothing is wrong with the O2, its just a matter of the sensor being located further aft. It does not seem to affect performance at all. Your tuner most likely turned off your rear sensors but did not address the front sensors prone to the insufficient switching. Of course, it is always possible for a component to fail. Do a search and you will get the low down.
