There are a limited number of the 97-99 key fobs available again. I know a bunch of people ordered them and I cancelled the orders. Anyone who has one on order from me will get it shipped out on Monday.

Hey Gene, before order one I need a rear wheel well liner drivers side. Is that the left or right because I thought it would be left yet the illustrations call the drivers side components the right.
From: Dear Karma, I have a list of people you missed.

Has anyone figured out what specifically fails on these after "x" number of years? Mine lasted 9 years and both died within a couple of months of each other. First one went after I dropped it, but it was loosing its memory just before that. Now the second FOB quickly lost its memory too and new battery didn't fix it.

If I can find out who manufacturers them for GM, I will contact whatever company and start asking questions. I emailed GM but got the usual response, to talk to the dealer.

David,
Unfortunately we don't get a listing of who makes them for GM. It's probably a circuit or board problem after a while!
