Hi All,

There are a limited number of the 97-99 key fobs available again. I know a bunch of people ordered them and I cancelled the orders. Anyone who has one on order from me will get it shipped out on Monday.

10253839 – 97-99 – 70.20
10432147 – 00 – 58.20

Thanks, Gene.

Hey Gene, before order one I need a rear wheel well liner drivers side. Is that the left or right because I thought it would be left yet the illustrations call the drivers side components the right.

Thanks, Peter

I'll take one if you have a passive lock feature, wiggle dealie or whatever you call it. My vette is a 1999.

Could you send me a picture, weinerschizel@hotmail.com. Then I'll shoot you some dough via paypal.

Thanks.

Has anyone figured out what specifically fails on these after "x" number of years? Mine lasted 9 years and both died within a couple of months of each other. First one went after I dropped it, but it was loosing its memory just before that. Now the second FOB quickly lost its memory too and new battery didn't fix it.

If I can find out who manufacturers them for GM, I will contact whatever company and start asking questions. I emailed GM but got the usual response, to talk to the dealer.

David,

Unfortunately we don't get a listing of who makes them for GM. It's probably a circuit or board problem after a while!

Gene.

My concern is for all of us out here who will be stuck when GM stops making replacements, at some point down the road.
