I have a Hurst Line Lock...but it was a custom install by LG. Don't know if anyone makes a kit for the rear mounted ABS '97/'98 models.
If you don't mind a little DIY work buy a Cartek line lock kit and a double-flare tool kit and retro-fit the line lock.

I did one on a 2004. I actually used two solenoids right near the front wheels so that the abs controller is not involved....It worked awesome....I did the job for very reasonable $$$! I don't see why that system wouldn't work on a 97-98....
