Trans Fluid Temp on DIC???
I feel like an idiot for just noticing this now, but my 2001 M6 Vert doesn't display the trans temp on the DIC. I noticed in a couple of recent posts that people were talking about their trans temp readouts. I thought to myself, mine doesn't display that info. Is it only displayed on autos? I checked both the 2000 and 2001 brochures and they show it plain as day. Why wouldn't mine be able to display the trans temp?

I believe the Euro-spec M6 cars have the sensor on the tranny and the readout on the DIC. If there were a reasonable way to retrofit this on the domestic M6 cars I would do it in a heartbeat. I have a strong suspicion that a lot of our M6 tranny problems relate to overheating.
