Front Tie Rods (end links)
After digging into the car over the winter I made a screw up as expected
. Some how I grabbed the 5.5mm instead of the 6mm allen key when assembling my fornt outer tie rod ends back on suspension. Well lets just say it is slighly rounded now. Now I priced out a new outer tie rod end link from the local dealer and wow is that little thing expensive.
Now I`ve been looking at some of the aftermarket end links and they are not as pricey as the dealer. Anybody using something other than the stock end links? I see all the aftermarket ends come with the cotter pin assembly.... Looking to order something in the very near future to fix this. Thanks for any help I could get....
