used CD player problem
hi guys..
i bought a used orignal cd player out from 2001 c5...its in excelant condition but its not working!!!
the shop said its normal because it has like a theft lock it has a special code and u will need to do a reprogram..
could the dealler make it for me or what?? how can i fix this problem

is this the head unit, or the rear mounted CD 12 disk changer ?
usually the head unit will give you an indication that you need to enter the anti-theft unlock code (if that is the real problem).

its the head unit..ok could the dealler fix this problem?? because the shop said he don't work with codes and stuff like that
