Default turn siganl issues

They seem to work for the most part. when they don't work; my inside green light indicator on the dash disappears and won't blink. i can hit the hazard button once and then the turn signals will work again. so every time the turn signals don't work i just have to hit the harzard lights and they will work again. any suggestions.

Replace the hazard switch. The flasher unit for the signals is combined with the hazards. There is a DYI fix on here if you search for it. The dealer will tell you that the dash has to come off. Not so. I did mine in about an hour.

I found the fix thread, here it is.

Hopefully it is just the flasher. I've seen problems like this before that turned out to be a PITA.

I replaced my hazard switch as well after banging on it for a year to get the turn signals to work. It was pretty straight forward going through the radio opening without removing the dash
