What size tires are you running? You must have at least 0.5 inches difference in tire height for traction contro /active handling to work. Factory sizes are 1 inch different (larger ones in back, of course).

That 275/35 on the back is a tenth of an inch shorter than the 245/40 on the front. This may be the source of your problem. Many people do say that the rears need to be at least a little taller than the rears. Many other people running same size front and rear have no problems so that tenth of an inch difference may not be the problem. It might be a wheel speed sensor problem related to the install of the new wheels. I would temporarily swap them front to rear and see if that "fixes" the problem.

Those are not stock wheel or tire sizes.

well you guys are good.. i put the factory wheels back on the back and the problem went away..i guess the next question would be ..is there a work-around on the tire size difference..maybe if i tuned the tire size into the predator???

If you want to keep the 18's on the front, get 295/35's for the back. That' will take care of it.

If your new rear wheels are at least 10 inches wide. If new rear wheels are not wide enough you could look for a 35 aspect ratio instead of the 40 on the front.

The Predator can only program the PCM ..... the computer that is causing the "Traction Control" system to turn on is the EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) ..... so you have only two choices ...

1) Drive around with Traction Control turned OFF

2) Put a correct tire size on the car
