Yes and no. They are not a direct bolt in replacement. The LS2 injectors are shorter then the LS1. Therefore the fuel rail will need to be replaced, either LS2 or aftermarket. You will also need adapters to mate the LS2 injectors to the LS1 harness.
Further, if you have a 97-98 with return fuel lines this requires more modifications. But since yours is a '99 then one less worry for you. So yes they will work, but it will take some effort.
