Tire size difference..?

Tire size difference..?
I have 245/40/18 on front, And 275/35/18 on rear. and apparently that is not enuff difference to make trac control happy as some of you have pointed out to me. I think the 245's are 25.7 inches. So I need to put new tires on the back . I would like to put the biggest tires I can.(.10 inch rims) Can anyone tell me for sure what the size differnce has to be min, and recomend a tire size for my rims (bigger the beter )..thanks..

If you want new front tires too, a 245/40. 255/40. 265/35, or 275/35 will all work (depending on your front wheel width).
