I can't for the life of me figure out what these instructions mean. I'm trying to cut the wire under the dash and to get to it, it says....
1. Pull down the lower closeout panel push in retainers (just in front of the knee bolster) from the dash lower support beam.
Q: What, and where is the lower closeout panel? It seems like I've looked all over the place and can't figure this out. :cry
Can someone help me out. :) I have a pic in these instructions but it is in B&W and it is really fuzzy. Thanks!
Re: Help on installing Euro Tail Lamps (Nate@xtreme)
Good to hear it! How do you like them???
Nate
I haven't put them on yet. :( I had to work today so I had to put it off. I wanted to do it last night but it was too late before I figured out where that wire was. I supposed I could of done the lenses last night but I was trying to install them following the instructions and the wire cutting was first. I will try again tonite. :D
Re: Help on installing Euro Tail Lamps ('98 Six Speed)
Those really are great notes. Thanks, Dave.
Nate, they are now in and look great!
Sunset Vette, the install went smooth per your detailed instructions. :) I highly recommend any forum vendor who sells these Euros to print out a copy of Sunset Vettes directions and include them with the Euros. :D The instuctions that came with them weren't that great, IMO. ;) It took me a little less than an hour to do it all.
RoliO- glad to hear the install went well. Thank you for your order if I havent thanked you ten times already! :D
We will address the instruction issue asap. I think the manu left out a couple of details. We will look into it.
Please send us pics of your C5's butt, when you have time!
