FLP - look just like mine. Finish Line Performance used to sell those.

You can pop the cats off and put on OR pipes because of the quick change setup.

Yes, the FLP system was quite popular about 5 years ago, and back then, was the first and only complete system out there. Most everything else at the time was just headers that came with adapters to connect to the stock midpipe.

The FLP header kit included the headers, cats, off road pipes, and X-pipe. It was a complete kit all the way to the flanges in front of the rear axle, where your catback system attaches.
The system was made by Dynatech...but once Dynatech released their own branded "Supermaxx" system, the FLP system quickly disappeared.

I have had the FLPs on my car for a little over 5 years. They fit well, and are very easy to install, but the drawbacks of them were that they are made of mild steel, not stainless. And because of that, they did come ceramic coated for rust protection. Once that coating becomes compromised, they will rust. Although mine have help up quite well.

The other negative were the V-clamps...they work well and seal the connections great, but their big dia. hangs down and become the lowest point under the car. And scraping them on speed bumps does shorten their life considerably.

Was a $1500 system 5 years ago..but as always, competition and technology stepped it up and started offering better products , and made of stainless, which pretty much killed this system off.
