Fuel Pump
I would like to thank all of you (especially Bill Curlee) for the valuable information provided on this forum. I have a '98 coupe with 27000 miles on it now and have been experiencing a whining (woooooooooo!!!!!) noise coming from the LR. It changes pitch with the turn signal and when I depress the brake pedal. I did a little research here and have arrived at the conclusion that the noise is more than likely caused by the fuel pump. As I have an external fuel filter, Mr. Corona and I are going to replace the filter tomorrow (following the advise provided here). I'll let you know if this helps with the noise. If it doesn't, I guess I'll have someone replace the pump or contact an exorcist. Thanks.

Did the filter today....What a pain. No change...Based on what I have been reading, I'll probably just leave the pump alone. I can only really hear the noise at idle anyway. Thanks
