I have pretty high mileage and the cam is fairly large (222/228 .567 .567 113LSA). What else should I look into replacing if I put that cam into my car? Would it be okay to use with my stock valvetrain, or should I upgrade?
Let me know your suggestions, concerns, and/or experiences. Thanks!

That cam's just a little baby! You definitely want to change your valvesprings for ANY aftermarket cam, I do not care how small it is. You will also want to upgrade your oil pump, an LS2 timing chain is a worthwhile investment, and hardened pushrods aren't a half bad idea either.
I just plopped a 228/230 F13 into mine and am wondering whether they ground it wrong...the idle is virtually unchanged. Electronic engine management is a gift from God.
'02-04 LS6 .551/.555 lift, 218/204 duration, 117.5 LSA, I agree the cam is not wild, and is in fact not all that far from the Z06 specs, I've listed.
However, note the 113 LSA of Coyote's cam, a 113 LSA may give some lope at idle.

Oh... define high mileage too please.
I would also add a catch can. And a better CAI than OEM if you haven't already. FYI, The cam alone isn't going to give you much power increase. I think probably about 25-30RWHP with that size. It's a lot of work to do for what is involved.
Here is a list of other things you could add (if your budget allows) that would compliment the cam.
Rebuild your rockers by Harland Sharp (Approx $275)
Replace your heads with some freshened up LS6 heads (Approx. $700)
Replace the intake with a used LS6 intake (Approx. $450)
LS7 lifters (Approx. $100+)
