clutch question

I am having some clutch pedal issues. When upshifting around 6000rpm my clutch pedal is staying on the floor. I can pull the pedal back up and wait a few seconds or so and I have a pedal again. I drives fine at lower rpm shifts. I checked the fluid and it is pretty black. I thought about bleeding it but I think I might just go ahead and change the clutch master cylinder since the fluid is so nasty. I am thinking that it is leaking internally past an O-ring??? Any thoughts from anyone?

I would first try changing the fluid.

There is no definate cure for this problem other than installing an aftermarket clutch.

I found this link last night on the forum going to try for sure!! My fluid is BLACK!!!
