Default DIC code P1033

over heated O2 sensor. i was doing alot of WOT stuff with my cutouts off over thr weekend. I think maybe I fried a O2 sensor...does this code mean its toast or that it was just over heated? Its gone off a few times even after a cooldown overnight. any thoughts?

Default You mean P0133 ????

Do you mean P0133 (your banner says P1033) ....

Slow response ... Bank 1 Sensor 1 ....

Service manual says test for exhaust leak

Has some wiring tests (I can detail them if you want them)

Says to replace the heated O2 sensor

If the exhaust is "buttoned up" now, I'd delete the code, drive the car, and see if it comes back. From your descripption, it sounds like a good chance you won't see it again.
