Default Throwing codes, need some help.

Sup guys,

Came home from the track today, and as soon as I pull out of the track my car starts to hesitate and sputter. Has a real obvious miss in the ignition. Then the car will pull out of it.

Well, I have a portable Mac Tools scanner (handy little tool) and I was able to pull the codes w/o trying to remember the sequence for the DIC.

Anyway, these are the codes I received:

DTC P0134 and P0154.
"P0154(pd)02
sensor circut
no activity
detected (bank 2 sensor 1)
P0134(pd)02
sensor ciruit
no activity
detected (bank 1 sensor 1)"

Thats exactly how I see it on my scanner. Any input in what this could be? I would like to see if I can resolve this ASAP.
