Anybody offer a comparable cam package to MTi's T1? I'm interested in the specs if so. Also do you have to have any programing done besides the rev limiter for this cam or can you get by without it for a 6 speed.
Closest one I can think of is the Thunder cam 220/220 112 or 114. It is pretty close to the B1/T1, except it has fast ramp rates like the MTI Hammer cam - best of both worlds!! Next week I install my Thunder cam!
I have one that specs out the same in duration and lift at .050, but the seat to seat is a little different and the ramp rates and closing events are a little different also. Lastly, they are all custom ground on BILLET cores. :)
I have a B1 in my 6 speed coupe and a friend has the T1 in his 6 speed F-body. We have had these cams in our cars for over a year with no special tuning other than using HPP3 to raise the rev limit to 6600 rpm.
Both these cams make great power with stock tuning.

Do you notice a difference in the lope between your two cars? Are they making the same power?
For idle some 6 speeds are drilling a little hole in the throttle body to get them by.. but PCM reprogramming is best.
Rasing the rev limiter requires PCM reprogramming, however it is not necessary if you do not raise the rpms that high (shifting), with the valve train package, you can raise it safely.
