Any Help ; Replaced Both Gearsand Rubber Bubbers. With Rodney Dickmans Brass Gears. The Drivers Side Headlight Won,t Go Up Most Of The Time . Light Is On. Open The Hood Spin The **** Just A Little And It Pops Right Open. Closes Fine. Joe

In addition to changing the gears out of the headlight motors I also had to replace the control module (located behind passenger headlight) on my 1999 before the driver's side headlight would behave.
I bought a late model used module from Gene's (Karshop) used parts here on the forum.
