I'm not sure if they'd be different for Corvettes other than the Z06s or not. I'd assume not.
As going to a larger cam and not upgrading anything, I'm not sure. There are folks who put valve springs on stock cammed motors, so you might not be able to get away with doing no other mods.
If you decide to replace the cam decide how much power you want to make and how much driveability you are willing to sacrifice.
The only exception is the 2000 Vette cam; it had .500 lift to offset the 4 cats installed on California cars. 01's went back to .478 lift.
Crane and Comp have a couple of tiny cams which they "say" can be used with stock springs - but why bother? You might get 8 hP, and if your stock springs are a bit worn, they might fail with even a tiny cam upgrade. You can install new LS6 springs for about a C-note, and the labor is tiny compared to the labor for the cam install.
So, go ahead and select a decent cam, install some LS6 or Comp beehive springs, get a tune, and see some serious gains for all your work.
