CD changers for C5 vettes

CD changers for C5 vettes
I am looking to add a CD changer to my C5 Vette. should I go and have the factory unit installed at the dealer or is there a better option?

well when you figure it out I have an alpine 6 disc I could sell you. It is in great shape and came out of my 2001 c5. The only reason it was removed was becuase of my ipod and I no longer own a single cd. 100 shipped.

In line with the OP question, does anyone make a CD changer that will play CD's in MP3 format which will work with a C5 stock head unit?

Buy the ipod adapter and you to can have 10,000+ songs and movies in the car; and it sounds great to!
