Default new a/c compressor, non-GM

I need to replace my a/c compressor and found this kit that includes a new compressor, accumulator, and orifice tube for a great price. Anyone have experience with the manufacturer (Global)? Should I pay the additional $100 for a Delphi?

See it HERE

Thanks!

I bought a radiator from them, they sent me the wrong part and were very easy to deal with on the refund.

With that said, the only thing I see wrong with their ad is the picture of the accumulator is wide open, it should atleast have some plastic caps over the two openings to keep moisture and debris out of it.

I just bought a OEM Delphi from these guys for ~$240 (warranty and all) and am very happy with it.

HERE

I went to a local auto store and bought all A/C Delco parts (dryer, orifice tube, heavy-duty rubber orifice and compressor gaskets, water pump gaskets and freon) and had a local shop install it. Total cost was about $850, which was way below what I thought I would pay.

Looks like they are selling it for $290 now...I think I may just order the aftermarket kit. Thanks!

Shoot them an email and reference that auction link. They may match the price. For me, I wanted to stick with a new OEM compressor. I'd certainly stick with a new (not rebuilt) compressor. That's a lot of money and/or work to put in a used or rebuilt. That's just my opinion...
