About to do Heads/Cam headers in may and wondering the best way to tune the car, such as going with the Diablo sport. Am I correct in thinking that the Diablo has several present tunes for some combinations and not that much personal adjustability?
I don't think you can get access to all the tables needed to do all the right tuning-Cam changes especially require extensive idle tuning--and you'll need HP tuners or EFILIVE to change them--Surging and hanging idle to name a few issues

I would personally have the car dyno-tuned so that the tuner could address any lean conditions that may be unique to your application. The tuner would also resolve the drive-ability concerns common with cammed cars (cold start idle, low rpm surging at cruise, ect...) by actually driving it around and data logging. It takes a good amount of time to properly tune a heads/cam car for drive-ability.

You've got that much money in heads/cam/headers find yourself a good tuner and spend the $500 for a good Dyno Tune. You won't regret it. If you don't do it now I bet you'll be doing it later.
