Besides the fact that this has been asked a number of times, and despite the fact that there is a HUGE list of site sponsors no more then 6 inches to the left of this thread, I'll bite.
The C5 calipers are all the same. The ones that you have on your 98 are, in fact, the same ones on a Z06, minus the red powdercoating. Save some money and contact member "Corvette Pilot" and have him powdercoat your otherwise just fine stock calipers.

Duplicolor brush on about $12 looks great
Did this when putting on new brake pads. Applied about 4 coats and then painted the CORVETTE logo white on the front brakes. 2 years and when washed they look brand new.
