Synthetic Trans Fluid
I'm going to switch to Redline synthetic transmission fluid in my 6 speed. Do I need to flush the transmission with something to get rid of all the Dextron III before I put in the Redline? The trans is out of the car now so flushing won't be a problem.

Especially if the transmission is out of the car, I'd think there wouldn't be anything left to flush. When I change out the fluid in my T56 it all drains out in about 5 minutes. The two fluid systems should be compatible, and the percentage of the old stuff left shouldn't make a difference.

Redline is Dexron III no need to flush.
