TR55 Plug Gap

It has been almost two years since I swapped these out, I have no idea what gap I started with. Any recommendations? 224 cam, 243 heads, 93 octane, stock exhaust (ex. Ti's) lots of time spent above 6000 rpm...

I gap mine to .050 and have had good success....

I leave them the way they come @ 0.55. I do check each one to check the gap and the integrity of the ground strap. I have seen them set any ware between 0.50 and 0.60.
