Default Service Vehicle Soon message

this is my first post on the forum-I have a 2000 champagne color C5 with C6 polished wheels.
Anyway, most of the time when I run over a rough surface the above message comes on.I figure it has to do with some sensor for body control ....any suggestions here?
BTW -I like the info here (kinda like on my Honda Valkyrie board) and after reading some posts I just ordered varrum (sp?) intake.
I did my own from the 4" flex pipe on my F150 truck and the difference is noticable....

First .... WELCOME. You will enjoy the experience and info!
Second...Check and post all of the codes in your DIC(Driver Info Center). Make sure to include all letters and numbers. Then someone can help with the problem. Here's how:
https://www.corvetteforum.com/techti...D=26&TopicID=1

EDIT: You should read all the stickies at the top of the Tech and Gen pages. They will answer most of your questions. Also, fill out your profile so that we can see what year/type/trans, etc you have and your questions will be better answered. Lastly, the color of your car is Pewter metallic. Some folks around here can get kinda **** about using the wrong names for things. DOH! Did I say that out loud?
