I have Blackwing on my FRC and K&N on my Vert. Can I use the K&N cleaning kit on the Blackwing or would it have to be Blackwing cleaning kit? If that is so, who sells the Blackwing cleaning kit? TIA.
The cleaning solution isn't as important as the oil in the case of the "Blackwing".
Many use diluted SIMPLE GREEN to clean their filters once the cleaning solution in their kit is depleted.
The "Blackwing" is a synthetic media, not cotton gauze as used in K&N. So, it's been strongly suggested in the past to use the suggested oil for the filter, not only for the synthetic media, but to maintain the blue color.
It's your car to do with as you please.
CORVETTES OF HOUSTON (TX) sells the cleaning kits. Also, the company who produces the "Blackwing", is SLP (NJ). It should cost you about $15.95 for the kit from most sources.

Thanks for the information. I will use the Blackwing kit in that case.

Good advice, spring the $15.95 or so, you can't go wrong. That's the route I took also. Just don't overdo the oiling. I cleaned mine, let it dry outside the car for two days, oiled it, left it out the car another two days than replaced it.

Ditto that. I also shove some paper towels inside the filter while I'm oiling it to soak up any extra oil. The oil from the Blackwing kit dispenses like silly string rather than a fine mist like you'd expect from an aerosol can. I do have one of the older kits before SLP bought them. Hopefully SLP improved/changed this.
I believe S&B FILTERS is now supplying the cleaning kit for the SLP "Blackwing". They produce the oil in blue and red.
The kit will probably come with a small measured syringe instead of an aerosol applicator. If you follow their directions and use only that measured amount of oil, you'll be hard pressed to over oil the filter and/or contaminate the MAF.
They're a CA company that produces their own line of high quality cotton gauze filters. Many after market intake systems use the S&B FILTER. They'll also custom build to your specs, any size/shape/color of filter...and the cost is not much more than an off the shelf filter.
